Thank you for taking the time to visit my campaign website.

I ran on a platform of ethics and government reform, creating jobs, balancing the budget, and getting the County working again.  In November of 2010, I was honored and humbled by the voters' trust and confidence in me to tackle these problems.  Immediately after being sworn in, my staff and I rolled up our sleeves and began working on these tough issues.  Since then, I have been getting to know our County Departments and understanding how they can best and most efficiently serve the public; spending time getting to know people and community leaders throughout the Second District; working with my staff to formulate policies that will help with economic development, pension reform, and better county government.

 

There is much work to do, and I welcome your input and ideas as we face a very harsh budget year made even more difficult by the turmoil at the state level.  Please share with me your questions, suggestions and comments.
